An angel in repose. She sits with arms folded over her legs with face uplifted and eyes closed in quiet meditation as she seems to listen to a heavenly choir; a quiet heart and a moment of ease in a world of bustle and noise. Gaylord practices Tai Chi every morning. This ancient exercise is one of slow motions, controlled breathing and quiet meditation. Gaylord is a very spiritual person who believes strongly in the strength of the inner self. He is a quiet and thoughtful person who treats himself and the world around him with gentle respect.
